Year by Year

From a small family kitchen to a thriving community restaurant, here is how Marcos grew into a marco pizza institution.

2009

Marcos Opens Its Doors

Marco Rossi opens the original Marcos kitchen on Eatonton Rd in Madison, GA, serving authentic marco's pizza from his family's Italian recipes. The community response is immediate and overwhelming.

2011

First Local Award

Marcos is named "Best Pizza in Madison" by the Morgan County Observer. The recognition puts marcos on the regional food map and doubles our customer base within six months.

2014

Catering & Events Launch

We expand our services to include full catering for corporate events, weddings, and community gatherings across Georgia, bringing the marco pizza experience to thousands of new guests.

2017

Full Kitchen Renovation

Marcos invests in a state-of-the-art kitchen upgrade, adding wood-fired oven capacity and expanding our dine-in seating to 60 covers. Menu expands with new pasta and salad options.

2020

Online Ordering & Delivery

Marcos launches a full online ordering system and direct delivery service to serve Madison and surrounding areas. Our dedication to the community during a challenging year earns lasting loyalty.

2024
